The phrase "active behaviours" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe actions or conduct that are energetic, dynamic, or engaged, often in the context of psychology, health, or lifestyle discussions.
Example: "In order to improve mental health, it is important to engage in active behaviours such as regular exercise and social interaction."
Alternatives: "dynamic actions" or "energetic conduct".
Modifications have been made in terms of the measurement of specific behavioural components of active behaviours in the TST to help differentiate between classical antidepressants and other compounds with antidepressant-like effects but with different mechanisms of actions, such as opiates [ 19, 20].
However, a variety of different approaches have been used, including examining associations between specific active behaviours [ 16] and the total accumulated daily physical activity and sedentary time [ 15] engaged in on the same day.
