The phrase "action received" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you want to acknowledge that an action or request has been successfully received or noted.
Example: "Thank you for your submission; we confirm that your action received is being processed."
Alternatives: "request acknowledged" or "notification received".
