Two helpful tools to assess your strengths are the book Strengths Finder 2.0 and VIA (Values in Action) Classification of Strengths, a free online survey you can take at the website Viastrengths.org.org
Week 1 (Using Your Strengths) involves using the Values in Action Inventory of Strengths [ 81] to assess your top five strengths, and think of ways to use those strengths more in your everyday life.
