The phrase "act of bribery" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in legal, ethical, or journalistic contexts when discussing the act of offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge.

Alternatives: "bribery incident" or "bribery offense."
