The phrase "achieving vaccination" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts discussing the process of getting vaccinated or reaching vaccination goals within a population.
Example: "The health department is focused on achieving vaccination rates of over 80% in the community to ensure herd immunity."
Alternatives: "obtaining vaccination" or "reaching vaccination".
