The phrase "achieved until around" is not correct and may lead to confusion in written English.
It could be used when discussing a timeframe in which something was accomplished, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "The project was achieved until around the end of the fiscal year, but the results were not as expected."
Alternatives: "accomplished by approximately" or "completed until about".
