However, since sequencing errors are introduced randomly into the reads generated and are thus largely non-context specific [ 7], they are likely to have minimal effect on the final assembled sequence if sufficient depth of coverage is achieved and error-correction is performed prior to assembly.
In cases of severe equinovarus deformity, especially of neurogenic origin, fusion of the subtalar joint is an essential step in achieving and maintaining correction.

The initial correction was achieved, and early results were measured by using Pirani scoring method.
In both techniques the goal is to achieve and maintain adequate correction of malalignment of the knee joint.
Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4 demonstrate that there is a highly significant association between the attempted astigmatic correction, achieved astigmatic correction, and the difference between the attempted and achieved (ΔC).
There were strong correlations between the attempted spherical correction and achieved spherical correction in the absolute value at each follow-up (r = 0.984, P = .000 at 1 month, r = 0.984, P = .000 at 6 months, r = 0.980, P = .000 at 12 months, Spearman rank correlation).
The attempted and achieved astigmatic corrections are shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, and 4. In all cases, there was a highly significant association between the attempted and achieved astigmatic corrections.
In 85% of treated feet, we achieved sufficient correction in sagittal plane and ability of passive dorsal flexion (Table 3).
To achieve fault detection and correction properties of convolution code in a linear process with the minimum overhead computations, the architecture is proposed in Figure 2.
