The phrase "achieve progressively" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe the process of reaching goals or milestones in a gradual manner over time.
Example: "To improve your skills, it's important to set realistic targets and achieve progressively rather than trying to master everything at once."
Alternatives: "attain gradually" or "reach incrementally".
