The phrase "accuser general" is not correct in standard written English.
It seems to be a misinterpretation or misspelling of "attorney general," which refers to the chief legal officer of a state or country.
Example: "The attorney general announced new measures to combat fraud in the state."
Alternatives: "chief prosecutor" or "public prosecutor."
