The phrase "accuse myself" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when someone is admitting to wrongdoing or taking responsibility for an action they have committed.
Example: "In the heat of the moment, I must accuse myself of being unkind to my friend."
Alternatives: "admit my fault" or "take responsibility for my actions."
You can, however, say, "I accuse myself" -- turning the action inward and using a selfish reflexive pronoun as the object.
