The phrase "accurately the same number" is not correct in standard written English.
It can be used when discussing numerical values that are identical and emphasizing precision in their equality.
Example: "After recalculating, I found that the two measurements were accurately the same number."
Alternatives: "exactly the same number" or "precisely the same number".
