Testing must be planned and executed parallel to development, feedback should be as fast as possible, and the amount of open defects should be kept into minimum to avoid the accumulation of testing debt.
Because patient load, treatment seeking behavior, and timing of RDT availability varied significantly between district health centers, we used relative accumulation of tests as a proxy for experience with RDTs and/or microscopy.
