However, in lin-10 and rpm-1 single mutants, as well as in lin-10 rpm-1 double mutants, elevated ubiquitin can nevertheless still depress the size of GLR-1 accretions (Fig. 6B,C,D,E), suggesting that the GLR-1 receptors that accumulate internally in these mutants can still be removed in part by other ubiquitin-dependent mechanisms.
