Many genes associated with starch biosynthesis were up-regulated as starch accumulated, consistent with the starch increase observed in these tissues (Table 2).
Measurement of the HA band densities corresponding to the unmodified and HMW forms of HA-TRIM5αhu demonstrated that it is not the unmodified form that accumulated in these experiments (Fig 2A); rather it is the HMW species that accumulate, consistent with post-translational modification, such as ubiquitination.
As previously documented for M. thermautotrophicus[ 16], MN digestion of chromatin from T. kodakarensis generated a ladder of discrete-length DNA molecules, with a predominant population of ~90 bp molecule first accumulating, consistent with the length of a DNA molecule required to completely encircle an archaeal histone tetramer core [ 17, 18].
Many of these migrants have worked for international firms and accumulated skills consistent with global standards.
In cells treated with lanosterol, we observed a 12-fold increase in lanosterol levels relative to control (no treatment, Figures 2d and e) and no detectable effect on other sterol metabolites tested, suggesting that cells have a high capacity to accumulate lanosterol, consistent with previous findings in macrophages.
Instead, metformin induction of a methyl trap, in which 5-methyl-THF accumulates, is consistent with lowered MS activity (Nijhout et al., 2004) and therefore attenuated methionine biosynthesis.
Among the total VFAs, acetate was still the dominant component, although propionate was also accumulated, which is consistent with previous reports that propionate is easy to accumulate when the biogas reactor is disturbed [ 22, 23].
The accumulated data are consistent with direct nucleophilic attack by the coordinated bdt2− ligand sulfur atom on the carbon atom of the methyl iodide.
These data indicate that synonymous changes accumulate over time, consistent with negative selection against coding changes.
Thus the accumulated data are consistent with the idea that Snz regulates lifespan.
Late-stage embryos therefore accumulated multiple centrosomes, consistent with previous reports [ 12].
