The phrase "accumulated traffic" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe the build-up of vehicles or data over time, often in the context of transportation or network performance.
Example: "The accumulated traffic on the highway caused significant delays during rush hour."
Alternatives: "congested traffic" or "build-up of traffic".
