The phrase "according to a binary" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referencing information or conclusions derived from a binary system or binary data.
Example: "According to a binary, the results indicate a clear distinction between the two groups."
Alternatives: "based on a binary" or "in line with a binary".
