The phrase "accomplice says" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where someone is quoting or referencing what an accomplice has stated, often in legal or narrative situations.
Example: "The detective noted what the accomplice says about the events leading up to the crime."
Alternatives: "the accomplice claims" or "the accomplice states".
