It can be used when discussing a plan or approach that is flexible and considers the needs or preferences of others.
Example: "The team adopted an accommodating strategy to ensure that all stakeholders felt heard and valued during the decision-making process."
Alternatives: "flexible approach" or "adaptable plan".
