The phrase "accessory artery" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in medical or anatomical contexts to refer to an additional artery that is not the primary one.
Example: "The surgeon noted the presence of an accessory artery during the procedure, which could affect blood flow to the region."
Alternatives: "additional artery" or "supplementary artery".
