The phrase "accession panel" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to the addition or integration of new items, such as in museums, archives, or collections.
Example: "The accession panel reviewed the new artifacts before they were officially added to the collection."
Alternatives: "acquisition committee" or "integration board".
But in the still-young field of plant GBS, SNP genotype inference has not been evaluated in smaller accession panels, and reference panels are not yet available.
The list of SNP that were consistently associated with the prediction of TSW in the 367 accessions panel may thus tell us something about the molecular determinants of this trait.
A further validation in independent accessions panels or bi-parental populations would be in any case desirable.

Here we report the first meta-analysis of GWAS in tomato using results of three publicly available GWAS panels: 163 tomato accessions from panel S8, 291 accessions from panel B11, and 402 accessions from panel T6 (Fig. 1).
