The phrase "accessible to strangers" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe something that is open or available for people who are not familiar or known to the owner or provider.
Example: "The park is accessible to strangers, making it a popular spot for visitors and locals alike."
Alternatives: "open to outsiders" or "available to the public".
But at the same time, I'd like to control what's accessible to strangers and what's accessible to family and friends".
