The aim of this paper is to make a case generally for an ontology for accessibility requirements specification.
In the accessibility literature, exponential and power specifications of the distance decay function are often used but also other specifications such as inverse-potential, log-normal, log-logistic, exponential square-root and half-life functions are used [e.g., see for discussions 39, 40, 41].
In this section, aspects are outlined related to the network used and its previous processing (for example, simplification), the definition of the scope of the study (so that the settings are comparable) and the specifications of the accessibility analysis.
The team collected precise data addressing the needs of visually impaired persons in regards to building accessibility and presented these inside specification sheets.
Specifications, Pricing and Availability.
Information about the building, which is needed from the point of view of the problem being considered, includes topology of floor layouts, accessibility between spaces, height of the floors, stairs and doors specification.
At a more technical level, new specifications such as Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) make it possible to build accessibility into dynamic and rich online applications.
By considering the environmental barrier specifications of the HE together with the range and severity of accessibility problems, information on the interaction of the environment and the individual was gained and made the classification process feasible.
It was found that accessibility variations slightly decrease with higher distance decay parameters and smaller internal travel distance specifications.
