Are certain types of self-management support intervention more effective than others in men with LTCs? Results from a parallel qualitative review of the acceptability and accessibility of self-management support interventions in men are reported elsewhere.
The most important issues in implementation preferences are defining the target group of case management, the performance of other tasks besides case management, accessibility of the case manager and delivery of hands-on nursing care by the case manager.
