The phrase "access to comment" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to the ability or permission to provide feedback or remarks on a particular subject, document, or platform.
Example: "Participants will have access to comment on the proposed changes during the meeting."
Alternatives: "permission to comment" or "ability to provide feedback".
Other new features include access to comments through an API, improved tracking for new content across blogs (even those that don't support pings), a much larger archive of past posts, and improved performance.
