Some of those who had accessed occupational health reported positive experiences and examples of practice which reflected current occupational guidelines [ 10- 12].
Access to occupational segments that do not match the certificate obtained is constrained because occupational mobility would require the acquisition of an additional occupational certificate.
Also, for these workers access to occupational health care is limited or even absent in many countries [ 18- 20], and when available occupational health care and RTW guidance appears to be inadequate[ 11].
