The phrase "accepts with" is not standard in written English and may lead to confusion.
It could be used in contexts where you want to indicate acceptance along with something else, but it is not commonly used.
Example: "She accepts with gratitude the offer extended to her."
Alternatives: "accepts along with" or "accepts together with".
