The phrase "accepting that everyone" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the acknowledgment of a shared characteristic or situation among all individuals involved.

Alternatives: "acknowledging that everyone" or "recognizing that everyone".
But barroom philosophy aside that does not provide us with much of a moral framework beyond the very important but minimal requirements of accepting that everyone has the right to be there and standing your round.
