One might reasonably think of belief in the empirical adequacy of accepted theories as the weakest attitude one can attribute to scientists at the same time that one is still able to make sense of their scientific activity.
It is also important to calculate an internationally accepted value to define adequacy given the large variations in calcium recommendations in different countries of the world.
In severe sepsis and septic shock patients, lactate clearance >10% and central venous oxygen saturation (ScvO2) >70% are accepted parameters of tissue oxygenation adequacy.
