The phrase "acceptance of feedback" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where one discusses the willingness to receive and consider input or criticism from others.
Example: "The team's success is largely due to their acceptance of feedback, which allows for continuous improvement."
Alternatives: "receptiveness to feedback" or "willingness to accept feedback."
According to Sargeant et al., openness strongly depends on the acceptance of feedback [ 14].
The acceptance of feedback, for instance, depends on its perceived accuracy and results from a feedback-friendly environment as well the trustworthiness of the person providing feedback [ 28].
