In the future, these limited colocalizations between QTLs for berry size and seed traits offer the possibility to reduce seed number and size without reducing berry size using Marker Assisted Selection (MAS) to accelerate table grape breeding.
It can be inferred from the results that the reduction in the porosity of the OPC paste interrupted the filling of the closed-voids as carbonation progressed, whereas the formation of carbonated products in the closed-voids of the AAS pastes accelerated (see Table 6).
