The phrase "accelerated by potential" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts discussing growth, development, or progress that is enhanced or sped up by inherent possibilities or capabilities.
Example: "The project's success was accelerated by potential partnerships that emerged during the planning phase."
Alternatives: "driven by potential" or "enhanced by potential".
In stead, ion acceleration by the spacecraft potential and the electron beam accelerated by the potential difference between lunar surface and spacecraft were simultaneously observed.
