For this study, we have selected programs that are freely available under academic licence.
All the programs used in our approach are available with free academic licence, which can be easily installed on Linux platforms.
The program enabling data import and data integration is implemented in Java 1.4.2 as is the graph-based network visualization tool GraphVis, which uses an academic licence version of the yFiles JAVA graph library [ 27].
