The phrase "abuse of vulnerability" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts discussing exploitation or manipulation of individuals or groups who are in a vulnerable position.
Example: "The organization was criticized for its abuse of vulnerability in its marketing practices, targeting those who were financially unstable."
Alternatives: "exploitation of weakness" or "manipulation of susceptibility".
These include: the use of intimidation or threats, isolation, restriction of movement, abuse of vulnerability, deception, physical violence, abusive living or working conditions and retention of identity documents.
