The phrase "absolute left" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you want to refer to a position or direction that is completely to the left, often in discussions about politics, navigation, or spatial orientation.
Example: "In the debate, she took an absolute left stance on the issue, advocating for policies that prioritize social equity."
Alternatives: "far left" or "extreme left".
Interestingly, these data are in general agreement with a recent clinical finding where optimal reperfusion therapy associated with intracoronary BMC infusion resulted in small but significant improvement in absolute left ventricle ejection fraction when cells were infused from days 5 7 post-reperfusion, but not with cells injected within 4 days post-reperfusion [25].
