The phrase "absolute judgement" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a decision or evaluation that is considered final and not subject to change or doubt.
Example: "The committee's decision was seen as an absolute judgement, leaving no room for further debate."
Alternatives: "final decision" or "definitive assessment".
