The phrase "absolute definitive" is not correct in standard written English as it is redundant.
You can use it when trying to emphasize the completeness or finality of something, but it is better to choose one of the two words.
Example: "The absolute definitive answer to the question was finally revealed."
Alternatives: "categorically final" or "unequivocally conclusive."
