The phrase "above various thresholds" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing measurements, limits, or criteria that exceed certain defined levels or standards.
Example: "The data indicates that the temperature readings are consistently above various thresholds set for safety."
Alternatives: "exceeding multiple thresholds" or "surpassing several limits".
This observation is illustrated in Figure10, where the number of occurrences for the energy above various thresholds is plotted.
