The phrase "above representatives" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer to representatives mentioned earlier in a text or conversation.
Example: "The decisions made by the above representatives will significantly impact our future strategies."
Alternatives: "previous representatives" or "aforementioned representatives".
