The phrase "above notifications" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer to notifications that have been mentioned or displayed earlier in a document or conversation.
Example: "Please review the above notifications before proceeding with your application."
Alternatives: "previous notifications" or "notifications mentioned above".
It should be noted that the DSP definition was arbitrary, and although it required four weeks or more of above average notifications, there was no minimum difference required between the actual and average notifications to define a signal.
