The phrase "above interviewed" is not correct in standard written English.
It seems to be an attempt to refer to someone who has been interviewed earlier in the text, but it is not a commonly used expression.
Example: "The candidate mentioned in the above interviewed section has impressive qualifications."
Alternatives: "previously interviewed" or "interviewed earlier".
