The phrase "above created" is not standard in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used in contexts where you refer to something that was created earlier in the text, but it is better to use clearer alternatives.
Example: "The above created document outlines the project's objectives."
Alternatives: "previously created" or "aforementioned".
