The phrase "above announced" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It can be used to refer to something that has been previously mentioned or declared in the text, but it is better to use more standard expressions.
Example: "The details of the event are as follows, based on the above announced schedule."
Alternatives: "previously mentioned" or "aforementioned".
