The phrase "about your figure" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing someone's physical appearance, particularly in reference to their body shape or size.
Example: "I wanted to talk to you about your figure and how it relates to your overall health."
Alternatives: "regarding your physique" or "concerning your body shape".
