The phrase "about what lists" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English.
It can be used when inquiring about the specific content or types of lists being referred to in a conversation or text.
Example: "Can you clarify about what lists you are talking in your presentation?"
Alternatives: "regarding which lists" or "concerning what lists".
A second database contained the users' email addresses, as well as information about what mailing lists they were opted-in to.
