The phrase "about these components" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing or referring to specific parts or elements of a larger system or topic.
Example: "In this report, we will provide detailed information about these components and their functions within the overall design."
Alternatives: "regarding these components" or "concerning these components".
