It may be intended to refer to discussions or topics concerning individuals who feel they deserve certain privileges or rights, but the phrasing is awkward.

Alternatives: "regarding the privileged" or "concerning those who feel entitled".
If they're in a culture where there are a lot of messages about the entitled role of men, the culture can provide some very ready scripts for violence.
