Grading for each component was performed using a semiquantitative scale as previously described [44] where zero was no abnormality and where one, two, three, and four represented mild, moderate, moderately severe, and severe abnormalities, respectively.
Estimated RRs for participants with three abnormalities and four or more abnormalities were 4.56 (2.48–8.78) and 10.88 (5.77 20.50), respectively, in the British Regional Heart Study (10).
Of these, the largest proportion stemmed from patient concerns (10), four from physician concerns, six from radiological abnormalities and two from laboratory abnormalities.
Four patients (7.7%) had isolated inferior repolarization abnormalities, two (3.8%) had isolated anterior repolarization abnormalities, three (5.8%) had infero-lateral repolarization abnormalities, eight (15.4%) had infero-anterior repolarization abnormalities and five (9.6%) had widespread repolarization abnormalities in the anterior, inferior and lateral leads (Table 3 and Fig. 2).
According to cytology, 180 out of 190 patients had indications of high-grade dysplasia (CIN II or III); eight had repeatedly the diagnosis of mild or low-grade abnormalities, and two patients had an equivocal cytological smear.

During HD, two patients showed new sympathetic innervation abnormalities, and in three patients innervation abnormalities seemed to coincide with myocardial perfusion abnormalities.
However, three of them involve multiple additional genomic abnormalities and another three are listed without phenotypes.
This evaluation includes three subjective scales (cough, dyspnea, chest pain), two objective scales (radiological abnormalities, lung function) and three management scales (treatment for pain, cough, dyspnea).
