The phrase "able to be aligned" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the capability of something to be adjusted or positioned in a straight line or in agreement with something else.
Example: "The components of the machine are designed to be able to be aligned easily for optimal performance."
Alternatives: "capable of alignment" or "can be aligned".
