The phrase "able to adopt it" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when discussing the capacity or capability to accept or implement something, such as a policy, idea, or technology.
Example: "The team is confident that they are able to adopt it quickly and effectively to improve their workflow."
Alternatives: "capable of embracing it" or "able to implement it."
