The phrase "ability of flowing" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be intended to describe a capacity or skill related to smooth movement or transition, but it is awkwardly phrased.
Example: "The artist demonstrated an impressive ability of flowing through different styles in her work."
Alternatives: "capacity for fluidity" or "skill in flowing".
